The Internet Professionals DO Company Scores Over 95% in Client satisfaction
July 2011, Bern, Switzerland : The Internet Professionals DO, a provider of first class Internet services for Business clients, announced the final results of an international Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted during the first Quarter of 2011. They scored an overall Client satisfaction rating of 95%, with every department, from Sales to Support, Development, Ranking as well as Billing.

98% of participants indicated IPDO Methods met or even exceeded their company’s needs. The participants praised IPDO’s professional solutions teams, particularly the Client Relations and Technical Support Teams for their responsiveness, knowledge, precision and well-timed improvements. The new survey asked the participants to score the different value propositions which IPDO offered. IPDO’s clear and successful ranking strategie scored highest; followed by the clear fix cost calculation.
